Serving the Lebanon Community Since 1902
Our humble origins date back to 1902, when Eugene D. Siegrist hung his shingle in downtown Lebanon. Since then, we have established a reputation for providing quality legal services at a reasonable cost. Our philosophy has always been to treat our clients the way that we’d prefer to be treated. We hope to build lasting relationships with our clients. Our goal is to be ‘your attorney’ for life.
Our mission is to have a positive impact on our local community by serving the best interests of our clients, and to apply the principles of law and equity to achieve justice.
In today’s legal profession, a staggering number of attorneys rarely, if ever, step foot into a courtroom. With over 90 combined years of courtroom experience, we have one of the most experienced group of trial lawyers in Central Pennsylvania – over 20 years were served in the District Attorney’s Office. Our attorneys have handled thousands of cases, and hundreds of trials before judges and juries. Collectively, we’ve handled cases that span the gamut of criminal matters, from the most serious offenses like Homicide and Robbery, to minor Traffic Citations and Misdemeanor Offenses. In addition, we’ve personally handled a multitude of civil litigation cases including personal injury, labor disputes, family law matters, property disputes, and contract claims. In short, we are experienced trial lawyers.
Many attorneys avoid courtrooms because they can be daunting to someone with little or no experience. You should never trust a serious matter in the hands of someone who is unwilling to take a case to trial.
We understand that litigation is costly, both emotionally and monetarily. Knowing this, we always try our best to resolve our clients’ cases outside of the courtroom. But the bottom line is that some cases must be resolved in a courtroom. If it gets to a point where trial is possible, you will need someone who knows the courtroom, who feels comfortable there, and who has experience arguing a case before a judge or jury.
