Gabriel T. Wertz

Gabriel Wertz, a Lebanon County native and graduate of ELCO High School, focuses his practice on comprehensive estate planning. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and holds an Estate Planning Certificate from Villanova’s Graduate Tax Program. Prior to law school, Gabe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from DeSales University and a Master of Arts in Theology from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary.

Gabe has broad experience guiding clients through the estate planning process. At Long Brightbill, his practice centers on structuring the preservation and transfer of wealth, ranging from straightforward wills to custom trusts tailored to protect family assets across generations. He also assists clients with essential incapacity planning and lifetime protections, including powers of attorney, living wills, and asset preservation strategies.

Gabe is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

With deep roots in Lebanon County, Gabe lives locally with his wife and three children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and loyally following the Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers.
