Seller Mortgage, Tax and Information

Step 1 of 10 - Getting Started

1. Seller's Authorization

If there is a mortgage, or mortgages, on your property, we will send a Seller’s Authorization letter through Adobe Sign for you to electronically sign. This will enable us to obtain a payoff for any loans against the property.

2. Death Certificate(s)

If any of the owners are deceased, please forward a copy of the Death Certificate and Letters of Administration or name and phone number of the Attorney handling the Estate.

3. Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney (if applicable) should be faxed to us prior to closing, for our review. If it has not been recorded, the original must be brought to closing.
In order for Long Brightbill to provide the highest quality closing for the sale of your property, we ask that you furnish us with the information on the following pages.
