FAQ: What is title insurance?

Title insurance protects both the current owner and lender from any ownership-related issues that may show up on the property in the future. Most lenders require title insurance, and we recommend this one-time investment for cash purchases as well to provide assurance and protection.

FAQ: How do you determine my title insurance rate?

Title insurance is set at a regulated rate that the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania calculates and is then approved by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Regardless of the title company you go to (in Pennsylvania), the rates will be the same. You can find the current rates here: CLICK FOR RATES
